With a keen interest in self-policing behaviors exhibited in Western Society, Heather Van Winckle researches how the rules that structure normal cultural behaviour are (re)produced and re(de)fined in our daily lives. She received her BFA from the University of Windsor and her MFA from the San Francisco Art Institute.
